Comsol java program doesn't stop when run in eclipse

Hi, I would like to run COMSOL java file externally in eclipse. I saved the comsol file as java and run it into eclipse. I also added "ModelUtil.initStandalone(false);" before run() method but program does not stop by itself. I have stop forceefully and class generated doesn't work in comsol. Please, Help me.
